As usual, all Assure products are manufactured from quality Australian steel to be robustly functional. So, you’ll not receive a cheap and flimsy product made from imported steel sections with dubious pre-galvanised quality. All our pedestals are made from 100mm x 100mm SHS section to ensure maximum product longevity and ensure a solid and secure mounting platform.
Our standard equipment pedestal products are made from quality pre-galvanised steel and then powder coat painted in high visibility safety yellow. Alternatively, we can hot dip galvanise your pedestals to suit site requirements, or for those extra corrosive environments.
We also offer a very generous mounting plate area of 350mm square.
This easily allows the installation of multiple access control devices such as, card readers, intercom, and camera devices. All our mounting plates are made from robust sheet metal and well protected by our equally generous three-sided weather shield. Additionally, all our pedestals have a stand off mounting plate which allows intercom and camera systems to be flush mounted, and with all cabling securely trucked underneath.
