AIGS TruckStopper 9-50 (Single Shallow Mount Bollard) ASTM PAS 68 / IWA 14
The new technology TRUCKSTOPPER 9-50 has a small super light weight base plate. This patent pending design is a technology break through in a removable single shallow footing bollard systems of 200mm deep, that will stop a 7.2 ton truck at 50 mph or 80 km at 90 degrees from breaking through the security line.
The 200mm deep shallow single bollard will also reduce the need to re-divert utilities. The system is the most economical on the market and very aesthetically pleasing. This bollard is small and easy to install. This system is designed to follow the contours of the ground and can go around corners.
This new Anti-Terrorist Bollard, has been designed with the added advantage that the slipper box or (post socket box) can be moved separately and is not rigid. The box can be swivelled around a corner of 90 degrees or more if needed and can adapt to an up and down slopping surface without having to change the box design.
Once fitted the only maintenance is to repaint when needed or the bollard can be covered with a mild or stainless steel shroud.
